Adjusted the Quick Sale button setup screen in Online Options for ease of use

In version 3.102, the Quick Sale button setup screen in Online Options will be easier to use because of the following:

With the left side navigation bar collapsed, the QSB setup screen is fullscreen:
The Level Up button moved to the left to the middle of the screen:

Note: The Top Level button is no longer available in version 3.102.
